Sa Mesquida is lovely! It is the tiny village you drive through if you are going to spend a day at the beach at Cala Mesquida.
The village itself was so beautifully authentic and picturesque that we couldn't resist stopping here for a photo and a clamber about on the headland. Across the bay, you can see the sandy beach of Cala Mesquida and the Albufera Nature Reserve behind that. But this place makes no concession to the tourist and holiday maker. It is a local village for Menorcans. Gorgeous.
