What a fabulous little harbour. We were so delighted we found this place right on lunchtime. The pretty fishing harbour is a horse-shoe shape and looks out towards the estuary of Mahon. We walked along the longest side, trying to decide which of the many inviting restaurants to have lunch in. You could easily choose a different one for each day of the week and there were also others on the way down the street to the sea.
We would have loved to chill out here for a whole afternoon with a drink and a book, listening to the small boys playing on the pier and watching the fishermen prepare their nets or land a catch.
